Development Circle

This course is for those who have been mediating for some time and now wish to develop their own gifts of insight and intuition. We will start with a relaxing meditation and then do group exercises designed to foster development.

Price: $80 for all six classes

Guided  Meditations

Join Denise for some quality “me” time. She will lead you in a guided meditation designed to help you reconnect with you own energy.  Learn to ground, centre and balance yourself so that you can easily release stress from your aura.

All in person classes have been cancelled because of covid.
